Jennifer Ernst is the CEO and co-founder of Tivic Health, a commercial phase bioelectronic company that is developing microcurrent therapy solutions to treat chronic diseases and conditions.

She has more than 20 years of C-level and business development experience and a strong history of developing markets from new technologies. Jennifer served as CEO and chief strategy officer at Thin Film Electronics building the company from eight people to 130 and achieving a $480M market cap in five years and launched international award-winning products. At Xerox PARC she held multiple market-facing roles, forging strategic partnerships for outbound technology. She has a history of building world-class teams and partnerships spanning 14 countries throughout US, Asia and Europe.

Jennifer served as Chairperson of Flex, the US National Consortium for Flexible and Printed Electronics, now part of SEMI, and has participated in the launch of the Global Women’s Leadership Network. She has an MBA from Santa Clara University.
