Michele Tong

Michele Tong is the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Merck where she leads the team responsible for enterprise-wide executive recruitment. She joined Merck in 2017 bringing with her a diverse range of experience.  Michele previously led Human Resources recruitment at search firms Solomon Page and Randstad. Prior to working in search, Michele’s roles included Associate Counsel at NYS Office of Professional Medical Conduct and Special Assistant to the Governor for Community Affairs and Counsel for the NY State Division for Women. Michele has a Bachelor’s degree in English and Fine Arts from Georgetown University and a Law Degree from Fordham University School of Law.
