Presenting Company Guidelines
SPOTLIGHT PANEL PRESENTERS: All Spotlight panelists should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their panel. All presenters should prepare to give a 5-minute presentation to introduce themselves and their company at the start of the Spotlight Panel. We recommend presenters limit their slide decks to one minute per slide. There will be a maximum of 5 presenters on a panel. After the last presenter has given their 5-minute presentation, a 30-minute general discussion will follow. See below for details on how and when to submit your presentation.
SEED SHOWCASE PRESENTERS: All Seed Showcase presentation slots are strictly limited to 7 minutes, which includes the introduction of your company and getting to and from the podium. Therefore, presenters should plan on speaking for 5 minutes. We recommend that presenters consider limiting their slide decks to one slide per minute.
Q&A is not allowed in the interest of time. See below for details on how and when to submit your presentation.
How & When to Submit Your In-Person Presentation & Formatting
- Please upload your company presentation here, by October 10, 2025. Presentation not submitted by October 10, 2025, must be brought to the presenter check-in room at least one hour prior to your presentation time. If you are presenting in the morning, your presentation must be submitted the day before.
- Presenters are asked to prepare and submit their presentations in Microsoft Power Point. If your presentation was prepared on a Mac, please review your presentation in the presenter check-in room with the AV team prior to your presentation time to ensure your presentation has been received and plays as intended.
- Please bring a copy of your presentation on a flash drive.

Spotlight Panel Presenters:
- CompanyName_PanelName_PanelTime

Seed Presenters:

All presenters must use the conference AV systems provided and should not plan to connect their laptops at the podium.

Presenter Check-In Location

Presentation Room Information:
- The Spotlight Panel rooms will be staffed by a dedicated AV technician.
- Each room will have a monitor so the presenter can see their presentation.
- Each room will be equipped with a timer to assist the presenter and moderator.
- Each presenter will have a handheld microphone.
- Each presenter will be introduced by the moderator of the panel.
- Please arrive at your presentation room 15 minutes before your presentation and introduce yourself to the moderator so they know you are in the room ready to present.
