Early Bird registration period
To guarantee the early bird registration discount, you must register by February 29, 2020.
Online registration
Online registration closes on April 24, 2020, 5:00 pm EST, after which all registrations will be handled on site and will be subject to the applicable onsite fee.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to issue a full cancellation refund (minus a 10% administration charge) if we receive your refund request 60 days prior to the conference (February 27, 2020). Cancellations received after February 27, 2020, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of fees paid. However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your organization.
Please submit your cancellation request to Gerald James at gjames@demy-colton.com. Registrations may not be re-instated once they have been cancelled. If you wish to re-register, the current registration fee will apply. All refunds will be processed after BioFuture.
Note, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel hotel reservations.
Payment/Invoice
Payment is due at the time of registration.
