Susan Stipa

Susan Stipa’s unique path began as a chemical process engineer for Roche, leading FDA through the largest Vitamin C plant in the world at that time. Her unique combination of engineering, regulatory, finance and manufacturing experience was further honed as Commercial Director, Foster Wheeler, where she travelled globally, to many of the leading pharma and biotech manufacturing sites around the world.  A love of writing and science communication led her to form a science communications agency in Philadelphia, PA in 2013. 

That agency, McDay, won mutiple awards throughout its seven years, including the Emerald Ingenuity award and Best Pharmaceutical Communications & PR Agency in the Mid-Atlantic USA (Biotechnology 2020 Awards). McDay was acquired in 2020 by CGLife, a science communications firm out of Chicago and San Diego, where Susan is currently the EVP of Public Relations.
